Presentation of youth specific needs to local authorities in DRC



The Collectif Young women leaders for peace, Congolese coalition #JPS, youth for peace DRC presented the results of the survey on the youth gender-specific needs as part of the localization National action plan 2250 in South Kivu

This activity was supported by @gnwp_gnwp through its partner @isoko Partners for peace and gender equality.  

For this first day of the workshop, Ms. Esther Atosha and Mr. Pacique Mushubusa, project  supervisors, presented the survey results to  various local authorities represented.

In the survey, young people express themselves on the how their needs are not taken into account and how they would like the strategic development plans treat youth issue. 

The workshop also saw the participation of organizations from international organizations, including MONUSCO, UNDP and Peace and Life.
