Today I am very excited about how far I have gone with this initiative. Because of the sensitivity of issues in Nigeria these days one has to take permission for almost everything, but I am glad because of the positive response I am getting from people all over. From persons willing to volunteer and also support from the Albino Foundation. We also recently got a nod from the National Orientation Agency who are willing to help our sensitization campaign and some of the communities we are visiting have also confirmed their availability and willingness to be involved. Currently we are in the process of registering with the Country's Electoral governing Body, INEC, seeking their support to ensure that women and persons living with disabilities have adequate information and easy access to registration before the window closes in June.
