Podcast Inteview: Human and heart-centred approaches to organizational policies!!

On the most recent episode of JustOneQ, I spoke about approaching training around workplace violence, sexual harassment and discrimination as a human and heart-centred issue to transform attitudes and behaviours. World Pulse is a leader in these approaches! Let's make them the norm around the world!

What’s the first thing that comes to mind when you think about your workplace respect and sexual harassment prevention policy?

In too many workplaces in the contexts in which I work, these policies only get pulled out and dusted off when an issue of harassment, violence, or discrimination occurs. What if we thought about these policies differently?

What if we thought about them as more than a box-ticking exercise or legal requirement?

On the most recent episode of JustOneQ, I spoke with Melissa Horne, PhD of Dialectic recently about approaching training around workplace violence, sexual harassment and discrimination as a human and heart-centred issue to transform attitudes and behaviours.
