..............................Please Hold my Hands!

On the 30th June, 2022, I was more than elated to learn of my selection to the 1st cohort of the World Pulse Changemakers Lab. The first meeting was quite intense but quite insightful considering the number of participants.

The goal setting and theory of change session was an opportunity for sobriety, organizational introspection and well as a point for evaluation on our organizational journey as Hold-my-Hands-Organization we had set up structures but were quite honestly groping in the dark.

We needed a helping hand to guide us on the goal setting.

it is not that we had not done so - we had, but not as would be prudently required. 

The session was timely, content spot on, we made a further in-depth analysis into our SWOT analysis and evaluated our impact from a much closer perspective.

Our short and long term strategy continues to be a work in progress which we continually look into as we undertake various milestones in our journey.
