So lesson 4 covers the operating objectives of the Intiative ,I can only simulate what would be for my social enterprise as the structure is simuteanously being put together as this training continues .

The day to day operations would handled by those persons for whom the programme is designed , so the women and girls that we are targeting would be the ones producing the luxury craft items ,while{ we ,my two patners }would handle the marketing, sales and distribution
In the video an example was given of outsourcing services by an enterprise and this is a very good idea ,as so many business task can now be done remotely.
So for our enterprise the salaries and accounting for the operation would be handled by the virtual assistant
One of the things that would be of high priority for the enterprise would be, to be as transparent as possible ,incur no financial strains ,unnessecary debts , and staying true and committed to the vision and mission
