\"Where women lead change happens \" Mukumu Self Help Group is lead by women who improve livelihoods of youth and women without effective skills to advocate and lobby county and national government they are not able to fulfill their organization mission.I had an opportunity to train members on online advocacy. They have been advocating but they don't know not online but physical for example some of them are members of Kenya national union of  teachers when they strike they down their tools and say no salary increment school close. Someone speaking or acting on behalf of someone or cause is an advocate. How to craft advocacy message it should be simple and on point and timeline. The types of advocate self, group. The one for union is an example of group advocacy.The means of advocating social media, peaceful demonstration. Who are the targeting or audience policy makers, government. How will they measure impact for example teachers strike impact will be government will reach out to union agree on increase of salary and union calls off the strike. One participant said business community we are harassed by revenue clerks will train fellow business how they can use online advocacy to tweet, Facebook and whatsapp  governor, on harassment by revenue clerks.
