I admit I haven't watched the infamous interview of Meghan/Harry by Oprah, but I have read different articles and watched prominent vlogs carrying analysis and co.
I am drawn to Meghan Markle's mental health challenges as a result of all that 'saga' her marriage into the British Royal Family seems to have caused.
It must be so stressful, she admitted to having suicidal thoughts. This means no one is exempt from mental health challenges.
Now, for Piers Morgan to say on Air that he doesn't believe her, is once more an attempt to negate not only our stories and struggles, but to stifle our voices and make us step back from seeking the support and help we need.
May we all take home more lessons from that interview than find reasons to criticize or shun from taking the actions we need to inorder to make our own mental health matter.
