My Sweet 15 Girl

Is there anything more precious in my life than my children? Of course not. I am blessed to be alive to see my little girl turn into a sweet 15 year old young lady. What a wonderful opportunity to tell her how proud I am of her, and how much I love to be her mother.

I am coming here today, to this sacred platform of freedom, to raise my voice to say how much love I have in me for all the 15 year old girls in the world who are thriving, and who will change the world and live the change during their lifetime. Whenever my kid asks something, I realize that she has gone a lot further than I ever thought she would go.

She takes my answers, swirls them all around, knots them, just to unknot them once again, and makes completely new thoughts out of my old sayings. She wears me in her hands, but she doesn´t know. She will know though, the first time she feeds a new baby girl sometime in the future.

Wait. She does not want to have babies until she graduates... from graduate school! hahaha. She is different from us. She is holding the moon in her hands right now. Wait. Not only the moon, but the stars and the sun as well! But she doesn´t know yet. She will know the first time she speaks to an audience of girls like herself who are as eager as she is to become the new leaders of the feminine earth.

Maybe it is not too late for humanity. Maybe it is only the beginning of a new life era, where people will listen to their sweet 15 girls like I do, and will rejoice thinking that with girls like these ones, there is earth for millions of years ahead.

She teaches me new things every day. She teaches me how to make friends, how to dance with her father, how to love a new little plant just born, and how to make a heavy day make sense when she comes home dancing around.

In Bolivia we throw a big party for our girls turning into young ladies. This party usually gets emotional because she dances a waltz with her father for the first time.

I have decided that maybe, just maybe, I will change something in the party. Maybe I will also dance with my daughter. Maybe I will be the first mother to tell her daughter that it doesn´t matter how old I am, I am still young enough to dance! hahaha.

I want to thank the Lord for giving me all I have, and want to thank all of you for reading my small chat. I want to thank the universe for giving us World Pulse, so that we can come and share how proud we are to have, these wonderful young, sweet 15 girls at home.

How about having an online celebration for our girls? We are in a campaign to talk about them, so we might as well also celebrate them!

Cheers, hugs, and lots of energy to my young, sweet 15s all over the world!
