My social enterprise Journey; Building a team with limited resources

I have to admit, i cant do it all. Being a Nurse Midwife, my expertise are specialized to my Nursing and midwifery profession . Yet to run my initiative, and build an enterprise I need more that my health care related skills.

My "Nursing care career pathways in Malawi initiative" requires more than a Nurse to narrate the story, bring awareness and advocate for the necessary changes. while advocacy and story telling can be learned and improved with time, there's so much work to do in branding, social media marketing and documenting the journey and the tools we intend to use.

I need help, technical help to cover the parts of he initiative where I am not skilled enough to do. For the initial operations of the enterprise, I will require a camera man, a video editor and a script writer and researcher to manage the project. I will be working as a researcher script and concept developer to develop content for our digital outlet. A social media manager and brand ambassador a marketer to market the program for collaborations will be needed too. Recruitment will be done in phases with most of the tasks begin done by a few persons available in the initial phase of the establishment due to funding issues

Am looking for people with proven experience to execute the required jobs irrespective of academic qualifications. This will be recruited via referrals from friends and acquaintances.
