MY PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT JOURNEY

The term personal is an adjective which means belonging to a particular person rather than a group or an organisation. Development means the action or process of developing. To develop however means to grow gradually or to become more advanced or organised.

Joining both terms together, personal development means the gradual process of growing one's life or improving one's personal life ( improving oneself) to achieve a more organised life.

personal development can occur in different areas of one's life through different processes. It could be improving one's view on life, working on ones manner of approach to various situations, building new connections to advance one's life, learning etc.

Personal development involves one looking deep into one's self and personal life to discover areas of one's life that needs improvement so one can gradually work on them. It also involves in the general process of growing from one level to another attaining greater heights and yielding positive impacts on the society.

Personally I believe that personal development occurs in the life of every individual daily. It could be a visible development that people can see and take notice of such as increasing one's height or becoming more financially stable it could also be invisible developments that people might not notice like acquiring knowledge or getting to know about an idea that will be beneficial to you.

People often times look for different ways to improve their life so scale their personal life's attributes to a higher one where they can be considered important experts in their various Fields as well as the society.

Achieving massive personal development is one of my major goals for this year. I am someone who is obsessed with the thoughts of growing and advancing my life, business and career to a higher level. I have therefore decided to be intentional about my entire life development process.

The best way to achieve a goal is to be intentional about it that is to do it with purpose. As such I'm willing to commit most of my time to improve my personal life so I can achieve all-round growth and development this year .

On my next initiative update, I will provide the detailed strategy I intend using/ following to achieve this goal.
