Hi, My hometown is in Uttar Pradesh, INDIA. As far as my family is concerned we were a small family of four (me, my mother, my father, an elder brother). Currently, we are three as my father expired in the Jan 2007. I am not staying with my parents. I moved to the capital city of India (Delhi/Noida) for the job and to pursue higher education. I am from a semi-conservative Muslim family. My brother is a lawyer. I am a double Post Graduate i.e. M.Sc. (Botany) and MBA (HR). I am working as an HR professional. I am an avid social worker and is volunteering as Volunteer Project Manager with Paajaf Foundation, Accra, GHANA. I am a part of Impact Leadership Program team and working with WISE to create an ecosystem for Olanike. Also, I am a volunteer with The Aspire Foundation to mentor women from all over the Globe to help them aligntheir career goals with their life goals as well as help them to grow their organisations. Finally, I became part of The Ecocorp Network i.e The Environmentalist and working with them to develop their HR department as well as the organisation.

I have started my own NGO i.e. VNoW (Virtual Network of women) for Women Empowerment mainly (Global Project currently started in Africa and Asia). When it comes to VNoW I am under the process of registering it and looking for volunteers who can make our organization a global success by impacting life of as many women over the globe as possible. How to describe, the situation of women in my Community ? In Muslim localities, they are not very well educated and those who are educated, either they do not have access to job opportunities or their parents do not allow them to do job. When it comes to the other religion families are more open and these women can work. The major problem is the education or vocational/professional skill development. According to me these women needs financial help such as scholarship for attending school, college or university. Also, provide books, stationary, uniform and teaching assistance. VNoW is planning to start workshops or training for professional skill development. Once these women will develop a professional acumen, they should do an apprenticeship with professional organizations or businesses so that they can learn and hone their skills further by working on shop floor. For which we will like to develop internship partnership with local businesses or organizations. Once they will be proficient in their field. We will assist them by providing HR services by assisting them in Resume Writing, Cover Letter Writing, Interviewing Technique and overall help to get employment in the market. Those who will like to start their own setup we will try to get them loan either by micro financing or connecting with incubation center in their area or country. My support comes from my family, friends, teahcers. To start and run this project I am really greatful to my Co-Founder i.e. Betty Mbithi , Kenya. I appreciate efforts and dedication from my volunteers from Africa, Asia and Europe i.e. Kinley, Sonam, Peter, Samuel, Debayan, Morrisetc. I am looking for another Co-Founder from instruction development oe Healthcare Services industry i.e. from Europe/U.S.A. I need more volunteer as Graphic Designer, Content Writer, Digital Marketing Expert, Web Developer, Board Members, C-Level Executives, Course Designer, Instructional Designer etc. When it comes to resources currently we are looking for donations or aids mainly to start our website and on site healthcare project in Kenya.
