Am Veronica haruna from kogi state in north central Nigeria, am from a family of 10 and am the sixth child, am married with four kids. My community is rural ,the challenge am facing right now is how to lift rural women out of extreme poverty and stop them from using fire wood to cook because of the effect on their health and on the environment. The challenge women face in my community is extreme poverty. Am already taking action by supporting rural women empowerment and providing skill acquisition, to lift them out of poverty. This action supports better life for rural women. Though no one is supporting us for now. I will need skill acquisition materials, grants(aid) to help me carry it out successfully.
