My Community Against Rape

With the recent rape cases in my community. I discovered that from the last incident where an 8 year old child was sexually violated by a 35 year old man , most people are not taking rape consequences serious and they ignore the penalties the perpetrators have to face so they let go Because of this I want to launch a call to action by community heads where they will together with me do a town cry call to action against Rape. Making sure people speak up and do not prière the consequences that awaits a perpetrator. Everyone must be aware of the dangers of rape and how to report rape. Justice must prevail
