My Choice my rights

Hello,

I am writing after long time. Almost after 4 years, I was missing you all my sisters.

Now a days Indian Muslim sisters are struggling with their choices. Who will decide my dress code or my choice. In Karnataka girls wear Hizab in college is not accepting by another community  and by government. High court given order to not wear Hizab in college, why? Because another community doesn't like it? If it is predicting religion , the jeans predicting another religion and shirt is also not an Indian culture.

This thought just came in my mind, I am not a person who can see the difference like this but it's a choice of individual if this country is democratic why there is pressure on specific religion people. Where are we? I can't understand.

My mom was a school teacher in 1975 she was wearing a sree and as a Muslim wearing a saree in 1975 was not easy but i came from that family whose not only thought but blood given liberal atmosphere.

When will be come out of this?

  • Environment
  • Girl Power
  • Gender-based Violence
    • South and Central Asia
