My Assets Map

The theme of my life is just like a quest to live my dream to become a professional social worker for helping women to solve their problem and a strong entrepreneur to make their lives healthier and better. I have a dream that one day there would be no inequality in female education in my community so that females’ can be seen as a strong segment of society.

My leadership, communication, time management, team work, monitoring, evaluation, research and problem solving skills makes me proud as they distinguish me from others in my field. I always utilize my skills by creating framework. I believe that it’s useless to just depend on professional experience so I always corporate my personal and professional experience to bring change. I use my communication skills to speak effectively, reporting information and expressing ideas. My research, problem solving and analytical skills are important for me to predict problems, initiating new ideas, coordinating tasks, solving problems, teaching new things and resolving conflicts whereas my others skills help me to accept responsibilities, manage time, making decision and make sure its implementation.

Metropolitan cities of my community inspire me as the women are well educated, more empowered and economically strong as compared to rural areas. The rate of cruel customs against female in metropolitan area is far less than any rural areas. I always feel safe where I can express my ideas without any fear or harm. I firmly believe that trust is a basic characteristic of safe environment so I am always comfortable in friendly and pressure free environments where there is respect for each other and freedom of expression can be enjoyed.

Two persons of my life, I admire and respect genuinely, my father and my teacher Magdalene, whom I always found beside me throughout my life. I always consult with both of them because these two persons are well aware about my firsthand strengths, my abilities and my ambitions and goals. They always give me feedback and guidelines those are specific to my role in society and career path.

I have different resources to support my issue such as volunteers support, Material donations and community contribution. For resource mobilization I use my resources to generate funds by managing different fundraising events. In future I have a plan to submit proposal to some donor agency to get support. Volunteer support will provide me their time and personal resources in this regard.
