Warm greetings, Correspondents! How you are feeling? Have you had the opportunity to rest and recuperate since your finishing your interviews? Are you ready to dive into the second month? This month focuses on how to develop and structure a news story. Before we dive in, though, I have a few short announcements.
First, I want to share how deeply all of your interviews are touching each and every community member who reads them. Bravo for giving voice to these amazing women and their stories! These interviews are only the beginning...
Second, Jensine, Scott, Cristi, the rest of the World Pulse team and I are so excited about your next assignment. The Frontline Journal is an integral part of what makes World Pulse and our editorial cycle unique. You are about to bring our cycle to life as never before.
Third, we will be scheduling our second round of Q & A with Cristi next week. In the meantime, if you have any questions about the learning material or assignment, please do not hesitate to ask any of us.
Finally, I am thrilled to announce that we hosted our first orientation for the Editorial Midwives last night. These Midwives are here to support your unique editorial voice. They are professional writers, journalists, and editors. We will make a more official announcement soon. They are so eager to connect with and support you!
Without further ado....
