MenstruAction is a program that aim at tackling menstrual hygiene management needs of women and girls in rural and urban areas though 4 steps:

- Sensitization: Sensitizing the direct beneficiaries with designed content for girls schooled or unschooled aged 10 to 15, 16 to 21, 22 to 29 and women aged 30 to 39 and 40 to 45 years on the importance of menstrual hygiene and how to better address  it

- Training : empowering the beneficiaries on how to manufacture washable sanitary pads and menstrual tracking  bracelets . Training of CSO working on reproductive health to reinforce actions or insert menstrual hygiene management in their actions.

- Advocacy:  work in lines with decisions makers , organizations, enterprises, medias, traditional and religious authorities, etc… to break stigmas and adopt laws for a better menstrual health (toilets in schools, sanitary pads norms, etc…)

- Sustainability: Setting a coalition of organizations working on menstrual health and hygiene. Carry out training of trainers , propose alternative products adapted to the context or environment for an healthy period (incinerators for camp of refugees, washable pads for cities or villages with easy access to water, etc…)
