MALNUTRITION

Many are plague with malnutrition
This is a condition
Stemming from poor nutrition
From those faced with adverse situation

Naturally, we’re to have abundance
If we are in accordance
With the Creator’s ordinance
To provide man proper nutrition

Today, most of our lands are bare
Despite all efforts to care
Leading to famine
Still we aren’t determine

Whilst some are so bless
Others have less
Causing them to be hunger stricken
Making their days darken

Some nations are just so unfortunate
If we try to be considerate
To put forward our prerogative
By setting up agricultural initiative

Due to hunger humans deform
While unborn babies are poorly form
Whence others are wasteful
Life to others is pitiful

Let’s place our priorities atop
By seeking ways to stop
The misery cause by hunger
Particularly for children who’re younger

We see them with tiny legs, redeye and potbelly
Anxiously awaiting for philanthropist to rally
To be able to come to their aid
In a gesture to provide aid

Apparently, they are infected
By diseases that are expected
Considering seriously their despair
Policies should be made to repair
