#LogOnRiseUp: digitALL training for women

I am the Head of Training at World Pulse and my work involves building curriculums and producing training modules for our amazing community of changemakers, encouragers, storytellers, and peacebuilders.

My Vision: I dream of a future where changemakers, activists, entrepreneurs, and leaders are fully equipped to engage in digital spaces in their specific areas of work.

My Goal: I want to ensure that a minimum of 1000 women complete these trainings and receive certificates or attend a live training by December 2025. 

My Actions: I will (a) Create training modules on a variety of topics of interest to our community and publish them (b) Conduct live masterclass trainings to support more and more women in acquiring skills in a variety of areas.

My Impact: I will measure my impact by (a) Documenting the number of people who complete trainings and (b) Documenting the number of people who attend Training Tuesdays each month.
