  In this episode of "Discussions with Dr. Jess," we have a panel made of three women: Queen Sheba Cisse (USA/Senegal), Ms. Samantha Sibanda (Zimbabwe) and Dr. Mma Stella Ukaulor (Nigeria). In this panel, the ladies talked about equity as it applies in the everyday life and African women. They also discussed the hurdles that prevent African women to achieve equity and the possible solutions.
