"Lets Communicate"- Community engagement

So I'm going to HIGHLIGHT a very crucial issue which I felt while working.

>>Have you ever felt why there's an increasing ratio of poverty?

The answer is No we've never done it because if we start having a conversation many of a problems would be resolved so I'm talking about,

"COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT"

Community engagement is critically important in various aspects of society because when you start engaging you do realize many issues that people hesitate to share, and its significance cannot be overstated in any way. Here are some of my reasons that why I'm highlighting this very thing.

Why community engagement??

Because Community engagement makes an Empowerment society

Community engagement can solve many a Problems of the community and makes an well-oriented nation. Communities often have valuable insights and local knowledge that can inform effective problem-solving. Engaging with them can lead to more informed and practical solutions.

It even develops Trust Building because Engagement fosters trust between community members and institutions, whether they are government bodies, nonprofits, or businesses. Trust is essential for cooperation and collaboration.

During crises or emergencies, community engagement is vital for effective response and recovery efforts. Local knowledge and cooperation are critical in such situations. And it also show case the skills and innovation of talented people
