Lesson learned

The previous journal post was a description of the roller coaster of emotions that several people have been through since the e-mail regarding a donated trailer was received. But it is also a story about \"good intentions\" and how those intentions are received as blessings. And when they don't materialize, I think they create a vacuum of feelings, which accounts for my \"empty feeling\".
For those whose eyes fall on this message, and the messages of every sister who dedicate their lives to create a life of security and safety for women and children around the globe, please investigate your \"good intentions\" and think them over thoroughly before making your intentions known. Make a checklist of what you want to do, how you will get it done, what the time-frame is for doing it, and always check on the follow through.
It will take a day or so to get over the disappointment, but I have learned lessons here, as has the would-be donor. Ask the really hard questions up front and the rest will be a piece of cake.
I wish each of you Wicosani as you work on your projects around the globe. I love each one of you and you are indeed an inextricable part of myself. The Goddess lives and when we come together here on World Pulse, we make her whole.
