We are just about to launch , there can be no scaling up at this point . Or maybe there is? in my case and in that of those who are just about to launch ,it could mean we are scaling up from preparing to launching , taking that leap of faith.
This was a very insightful lesson and literally prepares the persons who are already operating to consider whether its time to expand .
Now this would depend heavily on certain factors , whether there is a demand or if they have the capacity to handle the increased output.
For me ensuring that we implement lessons 1 to 6 is of utmost importance right now ,we have already embarked on some of the steps, knowing what our initative is , formulating a plan , getting a team together , putting together fundraising projects and identifying marketing strategies.
Upscaling will definitely come later , as we see our vision materialize and grow

She gave some very powerful examples of sisters that have taken their initative from micro to amazing , very inspiring , but olutusin,s story stuck with me
It took her 3 years to realize her dream to begin , but withn those years she took time to do the BTS, the ground work ,the research to get ready and today we know the rest of the story
