Leadership enhancement skills for socio-economic security in Pune

I am economically impacting and empowering women in village councils of Pune district by building their leadership skills. I am impacting women from villages by working on sustainable livelihood, health and social status. I am also impacting girls from villages by creating support system for their safety, health and educational rights. I am engaging girls and women in advocacy project planning, strengthening their leadership skills for accessing budgets, resources, schemes and rights of girls and women from Government and other development partners and Institutions.
