KASHIF It is Breast Abnormality Computer Aided Detection System A short Description: I developed an algorithm software to explore the breast tissue types in order to detect the abnormal cells in mammogram. The software analyze the mammogram, identify the breast tissues and detect the abnormal cells (Malignant or Benign) if they were found. It colors the breast tissues (Yellow for Fat tissue, Green for Glandular and connective, Blue for Dense and Red for the abnormal one). This CAD system helps the radiologists for a true diagnosis and decrease the number of the missing cancerous regions or unnecessary biopsies. I intend to interface this software with the mammography for real time mammogram image anaLysis.
