"JUSTICE DELAYED IS A JUSTICE DENIED"

"Justice delayed is justice denied"

Its is a famous legal maxim that emphasizes the importance of timely and efficient administration of justice within a legal system. It suggests that when legal proceedings are prolonged or delayed, it can have the effect of denying justice to those involved. Like if judges prolong or stretch the court paper work which itself is a relevant thing but when it comes to JUSTICE then it would be given prime importance. This delay can occur for various reasons, such as court backlog, procedural complexities, according to me these are some elements that hinder the prompt resolution of legal matters. Efforts to reduce delays in the legal system often include court reforms, streamlined procedures, and other measures to ensure that cases are resolved as quickly as possible without compromising the fairness of the process. The goal is to balance the need for a thorough and just resolution with the need for timely access to justice.

>>I want to give a solution that can improve the system if it is efficiently implemented which is know as ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution), means rather then having rivalries the problems can be summed up by arbitration.

>>To Encourage the use of alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation and arbitration to resolve disputes outside of the traditional court system. ADR processes are often faster and less costly than going through the court system.
