Its actually hard to make money if you don't have money

I'm so sad and I wish I had every power to change the situation around me.They government lie to us by saying that they've got funds for us if we wanna create jobs.It is so sad that whenever people try to make a business in my area it closes, when I was young or I had no enough knowledge,I would judge them but I understand now.My father and some other pensioners decided that they wanna make a development in our area and build a legacy for us by building a co-operative in 2017.And yes it happened the persevered and have been passionate to their job, over 24 people only 12 have remained as we speak and only 8 is available for the work, the work with the layers and have become securities and normal days workers at the same time, the work everyday, day and night and with no pay.For this past 3years they tried to apply for funds but they rejected them,it was easy for me to judge them and say anything until I decided to go and volunteer there during this lockdown to can help them as they short staff, also with bookkeeping as I am on my final year doing Accountancy and because they are old people and also to can help them because I want to see some development in my home place. That's when I realised that this people are trying and they are working really hard even if they don't get any pay.I decided to check if they tried to get any funding and guess what? They have applied for a lot of funding and they are still trying to apply and they even just had to go for a Loan which they are now waiting for response, but I then asked them that why did your applications failed and what did they say went wrong, and they said\"they did not get any explanation or reason for their failure but they just heard someone saying that it's because they don't have youth in their membership\".I mean what a wow,I might have had an interest to go n volunteer to help them but trust me that is just because I am home and I get some money from Nsfas which at least can help me to travel to there but the Truth is Youth is too busy.Youth don't have money they need employment not volunteering. It's just good for them because they get some form of a grant at least but what about those that don't get anything, how will they make it to work. Those people if ever they can get funds to can sustain and build their business that's when they can employ youth because I mean even if I decide that I wanna build my own business they won't give me any funds unless the business is operating, which means I have to get employed so that I can save money to can impress them so that they can invest in me or my business. And then that's a downfall of a black person's productivity.my tear fall a bit when I heard one of their members saying that if nothing comes up this year then it's just better for him to go n sell snacks and make some cash that waking up everyday and sometimes sleeping at the Workplace and having to buy foods with your last money for nothing,I felt it a lot.I even decided to join them as a member so that maybe because of me they can get help because they are dedicated to their job. It's hard to make money if you don't have it ✍️
