Introducing myself and my journal: Women in decision making



About Me:
I am by the names of Mafaranga Hope; a Ugandan lady currently working with The New Vision, Uganda’s leading daily newspaper as a Bureau Chief based in Fort Portal town in western Uganda.
I am currently studying bachelors of Mass Communication at Uganda Pentecostal University and I have eight years of experience in news writing, and gathering both in my country Uganda and overseas. I also write for Science Africa Magazine, SciDev Net, Malaria World and PlusNews online publications.
I have a cross-cultural experience in journalism, management, research and advocacy. I am experienced in behavioral change communication, human rights, project planning and community mobilizations. I am a valuable team player and confident.
