Introducing myself and my journal: Women and Politics

About Me:
I am a biologically a male, but socially and politically sex less. I believe in mentor-ship of young people where both girls and boys have access to leadership opportunities. In Uganda every district has a woman member of parliament under affirmative action. Unfortunately, those who occupy these positions end up liabilities to the young women. For example they rarely advance women issues and also do not give space for new entrants. I consider proposing term limits(one term only) for women under affirmative action. This will in the long run bring more women in the leadership lime light. On issues of gender balance and considerations, no one can compromise me. I need suggestion and moral support.

My Passions:
Social Justice

My Challenges:
Building a critical mass

My Vision for the Future:
Society of equitable resource use

My Areas of Expertise:
Gender, policy analysis and organisation development
