Introducing myself and my journal: Widdershins and Mirth

About Me:
I'm a young woman interested in promoting the rights of disadvantaged women particularly in the regions of Central Asia and the Near East. I am currently studying cultural anthropology and enjoy corresponding with women from cultures vastly different than my own.

My Passions:
holistic health and bodywork, human rights, animal rights, environmental rights, the democratic process

My Challenges:
Coming from a 'working-class' background and having little to no support from my family.

My Vision for the Future:
To work with an organization that promotes women's education in a low-income region

My Areas of Expertise:
Aside from being an expert in sarcasm I'd like to think I am fairly well-versed in my field of cultural anthropology, at least compared to the average Joe and Jane.
