Introducing myself and my journal: United States of me....and "me"

About Me:
I have been asked to say something about \"me\". I will choose not to tell you about who I am and what I do. (You welcome to click the link on sites I like to find out the \"everyday living\" details. )Rather I want to introduce you to a myriad of my personal experiences and hopefully we wil both arrive at constructs of the self that is informed and not based on what I choose to disclose to you. This is my journey.

This forum (space) is about matters concerning me and “me” and you.

It will speak to us only about authentic experiences that will enrich, teach and give us a space, where we engage freely about me and “me” and you. Hopefully the true person will be objective and not let egos of the other, take preference to what matters to us. We want to hear your opinions only if it sheds light on what matters to me and “me” and you and we hope it’s your true story, not, knowledge intelligence that has not been experienced by you.
The United States of me and “Me” invites you to put the voice of consciousness back into reason when me and “me” and you are using an inflated lie that warms us.
We’re not gay women, men, professionals, parents or discovering ourselves. We’re women, men, professionals, parents discovering ourselves who happen to be gay! Our sexuality is but one part of who we are. There’s so much more to me and you than that!”
What matters is not what we do or how you want to see me, it is about the truth that I live and which I understand as part of the UNITED STATES of me...and “Me”.
Just to be clear on that matter; according to the American Psychological Association there is not agreement among scientists about the exact reasons that an individual develops a particular sexual orientation or gender identity or expression. Although much research has examined the possible genetic, hormonal, developmental, social, and cultural influences on sexual orientation, no findings have emerged that permit scientists to conclude that sexual orientation is determined by any particular factor or factors. While there are those who think that nature and nurture both play complex roles; most people experience little or no sense of choice about their sexual orientation--straight or gay or for that matter skew and queer.
This fact I share, however this space choose not to only deal with this self, it only choose to enlighten minds caught up in webs of misunderstandings, prejudices and ill-informed information on a particular topic of discussion.
Topics included, but not limited to:
• Sex and Love
• Sexual Identities
• Spirituality
• And anything other! ....that will enrich our everyday living experiences and deepen our understanding of being a person....just living “THE GOOD LIFE”!
We don’t all have the answers but we all have our own views and hopefully through engaging honestly, it will help us make better decisions in life. The different personalities we choose to bring to the experience and the different characters we choose to bring out when we bring them out.
