Introducing myself and my journal: The cry of an African Maasai woman



About Me:
I am a Kenyan by nationality from the Pastoralist Maasai ethnic group rich in traditional and cultural pracises.
Having been brought up and worked with the Maasai community as a community social worker, I got to learn a lot of daunting challenges faced by a Maasai woman which need to be addressed urgently as they are suffering in silence with no one speaking on their behalf and majority do not know or lack avenues to air their grievances.
Its on this ground that I am seeking to join you in seeking partnership of addressing the above plight of women in the Maasai community.

Advocacy in Human Rights especially those of minorities and marginalized groups.
