About Me:
I am a thirty-eight year old woman living in New York. I am married with three children, three jobs and I am pursuing my Ph.D in Family Therapy. I love learning about other people and this led me to my present job which is a Counseling Psychologist. This website pulled me in because there is a cultural awareness, ethical awareness and bonding between women that is strong no matter where we come from in the world. Our burdens, challenges and triumphs are unique but identifiable because we come out wiser, stronger and ready for anything. We have voices that at times, only other women can hear. I support my gender and know that I can relate to most stories or life experiences because as women, we simply; care.
I work with developmentally disabled adults and their families. I am formed a company that is still being introduced to several communities but overall, I try to speak for adults and elderly that are dually diagnosed and are lost in the system (difficult to find placement, adequate medical and psychiatric care along with counseling transitioning into being elderly and needing quality of life. I juggle a great deal of work but passionate about all of it. As my husband says, \"how do you find time for all these things?\", I don't really know. I do know that I have a destiny and it has put me on this beautiful path to help others. I look forward to connecting to so many fantastic women around the world.

My Challenges:
