About Me: I am Arlene, I am passionate in helping the poor especially the children. I am called to advocate for the children in the Philippines and developing countries, to lead faith-based organizations, to equip children's ministry workers and empower underprivileged children as change agents who can transform communities. Currently, I am the Executive Director of Right Start Community Development in the Philippines whom I co-founded with friends. We work in marginalized communities, reaching out to children and women empowering them to be creative and productive which can break the cycle of poverty.
