About Me:

Hi! I am Taya, from Arunachal Pradesh, a state under Indian sovereignty, but claims by the Republic of China. By profession i am a journalist, working in a regional newspaper (English), called the Independent Review at Itanagar as a staff reporter.
At the same time, i am also continuing with my academic studies by pursuing my M.phil (research student) at Dept. of Mass Communication & Journalism, from Rajiv Gandhi University, Doimukh, A.P.

I belong from a tribal community called Nyishi tribe. Our ancestors were nature worshipers, hence, we pray Donyi (sun) and Polo (moon). We also believe in spirits i.e, the good and evil spirits. The Nyishi tribe lacks a written script of their own, so, it is limited to dialogue called Nyishi. The roman script (English) is being adopted by the people to communicate through written form.
