Introducing myself and my journal: Matters to Me

About Me:
Just taking my first baby steps toward the dream & vision that has been in my heart for over 12 years. Years of being caught up in the day-to-day living of a middle income mom in the United States allowed me to stick my feet in cement. Recent events have caused me to break free and take action!
A recent trip to Russia with my 12 year old daughter has not only bonded us, but has prompted us to become a mother/daughter team to be reckoned with!
We'll fight for justice together - our focus is on children who are orphaned, neglected or abused.
The hopelessness and fear we have seen in the eyes of God's children is what has prompted me to stop dreaming, and start DOING.
I am grateful to have stumbled upon World Pulse and Pulse Wire, and I am excited to see what we can all bring to the table.

My Passions:
Easing fear, bringing comfort and hope to children. Music soothes, inspires and moves me.

My Challenges:
I do not have the financial means to provide the freedom to take action when and how I wish to.

My Vision for the Future:
To run the non-profit organization that I have dreamed of for 12 years - to have guided many, many children toward a lifetime of peace, happiness and hope WITHOUT FEAR.
