About Me:
Bright, lively and filled with hope that is not hollow. I am realistic and also committed to planning and implementing work to create change in a sustainable way that brings people to a place of common connection to reduce fear and threat and have people aware of the interdependence we have along with compassion and power.
I am living in Baltimore, able to work out of DC, and would love to have a position that also involves travel. My Peace Corps experience in West Africa was transformational and the lessons I learned about empowering women can truly change the world. I am a potter by trade, have worked as an executive director of a few nonprofits, and I have been a \"Diversity Consultant\" for schools, police and corporations. My soul, I am told comes forward with showing my gentle nature, but so does my core strength. I am here to work on building a better world where no one is left out.
My Passions:
Engaging in the fine and applied arts for social change.
My Challenges:
Creating professional connections and finding employment.
My Vision for the Future:
I believe in a world where no one is left out.
My Areas of Expertise:
Intercultural Communication, Applied Arts, Nonviolent and Compassionate Communication
