Introducing myself and my journal: Iban, e-dey eh!

About Me:
Nene is a struggling middle-aged Nigerian and a mother of seven who got married very early at the age of sixteen. She had resolved early in life to be a huge success in spite of her traumatic married life. Through dint of hard work and in-between raising children she acquired a B.Sc.(Hons) and went further to read Law and was called to Nigerian Bar. With a passion for women welfare, she registered a non-governmental organization - Radiant Women Association - as a rallying point for women especially those in distress.
With equal passion for agriculture she has established many farm projects, e.g. fish-farm, plantations for plantain and moringa olefeira. Nene is a very good listener, a social worker, a politician but above all, she loves God.

My Passions:
Farming; empowering women and youths

My Challenges:
insufficient funds

My Vision for the Future:
to see women being equal partners in decision making

My Areas of Expertise:
advocacy, mobilization
