About Me:
I am a man with a strong passion to write about women, the mothers of the world, the life givers, the God-given flowers who more often than not suffer silently in their little, secluded world. Women, who bring up children with all sorts of character traits not knowing what the children will become in future...but they warmly nurture them anyway. When Mothers' Day come every year, I celebrate the so many mothers that i have, beginning with my late mum, i posthumously celebrate her, talk to her, have a meal with her, drink with her, chat with her and travel with her. How do i do that? I go down sweet memory lane..i cherish those moments i spent with her when she was alive, when she walked an extra mile...a times single-handed to ensure we feed, clothe and get an education. Despite that there are those times...not ones not twice, when i broke her heart...but being a strong woman, loving, caring mother she was, she always found a place in her heart to forgive me and advice me. Until recently did i realize how important were those simple lessons she gave me. When she taught me how to clean the house, to traditionally cure an aching tooth, a stomach ache....until recently did i know how, disturbed and lonely she was when my Dad spent months and years away from home leaving all responsibilities on her shoulders. These and many more reasons push me towards highlighting the plights of women and to celebrate them whenever a chance a rises. To all the mothers beginning with those at my backyard at Bahati Village, Nakuru county, Rift Valley Kenya...i say kudos,Keep up the fight. Don't give up and commit suicide, don't give up and throw your children away in the toilets or in the garbage or leave them in the streets...they are gifts from God. Take My Word...I will continue agitating for recognition and respect of your rights. I will continue informing the governments, the elite, the capitalists, the communists, the democrats, the republicans, the constantly fighting coalition government in Kenya...about your needs, challenges and all about you...Women. Trust my word.
