About the industry: KIDS Concepts unique after school workshop for children between the ages of 3 and 15. Company offer a range of programs from Abacus (a mental speed math workshop), Handwriting & speed writing classes, Calligraphy, Rubik cube etc

My responsibilities:
• Handling a team of 16 Hone it center & supporting 25 Franchisees in Karnataka. Driving the Franchisee Managers to achieve there targets.
• Generating the new enquiries by various online & offline marketing activities to start up new franchisee, direct branches & student admissions.
• Hiring recommendations for part time teacher positions. Imparting training to new and existing teachers on certain job tasks, resolve problems concerning to increase employees' work performance.
