Introducing myself and my journal: A voice for the voiceless

About Me:
For centuries, women have been the world’s greatest untapped resource. Recently, however, there has been a shift in status. Thousands of individuals, governments and organizations have raised their voices and promoted the significant role women play in addressing major global issues. As a woman and a passionate enthusiast for human rights, I am looking for a way to get involved with this mission.

Determined to bring the voiceless back into the global discussion, I have dedicated myself to developing an understanding of global human rights issues and providing an outlet for those previously excluded from society. I have years of experience using various mediums such as photography, video, blogs and social media to creatively tell stories and strategically enhance public outreach. I have completed several human interest/international social projects over the past few years, striving to promote social awareness through the media, particularly on international women’s issues.
