Introducing myself and my journal

About Me:
A little bit about myself,
I've worked for many years in many different roles including years in leadership roles in management, in the manufacturing, and retail industries. My leadership abilities have given her the opportunity to lead thousands and be part of team to maintain billions in sales and hundreds of millions in payroll, while understanding the importance of individual’s development in the workforce and life.

I've worked for Fortune 50, Fortune 500, and Private organizations throughout the U.S. and as a U.S. Congressional Campaign Manager. I've also has served 8 years in the United States Army Reserves. My education includes a PhD Business, MBA and BA in Communication, along with course work in environmental safety training and executive coaching.

Currently, I divide my time as a Professor, Business Consultant, Monthly Magazine Columnist, International Co-Author and Researcher on women's issues. During my spare time I enjoy spending time with my two children, gardening and volunteering in several community organizations.
