About Me: I have been a member of an online community comprised mostly of western women for fifteen years, but I have not been getting a truly global perspective there. I was motivated to sign up for PulseWire after World Pulse staff and PulseWire members came to the Global Fund for Women office to do a presentation for us. The power of women supporting women is one I know personally from my other community, where I've made lifelong friends. I look to the community here to help me branch out, stretch myself, and learn new things. I hope my experiences will be valuable to others as well. I am a web designer/front-end coder and have been working in the non-profit sector for almost my entire career, in everything from theater arts to grantwriting to online fundraising. These days I call myself \"the non-profit Swiss Army knife\", but my focus is on online communications. I also love to edit videos. I live in San Francisco with a male partner and a female cat.
