About Me: I am a journalist who is now editing and publishing Goa's (India) first and only monthly magazine in English for women. I am into a lot of social work and helping in women emancipation.I feel that more and more women should enter politics so as to gain considerable representation. I am also associated with a host of women organisations that deal with the intellectual and economic empowerment of women in Goa. I also founded a group called Daughter's of the Fourth Estate to bring women journalists, writers, film makers etc together and progress together and fight against any type of atrocities unitedly. I am married and having a 12 year old daughter living in a souther town of Goa called Margao.
