Introducing myself and my journal

About Me:
Hi all, I am interested to join this forum to discuss gender, human rights, development and creativity. I have worked in different aspects of both human rights and development for six years and I have also studied a master’s in law and development studies. My work has taken me to many parts of Latin America, and most recently to Egypt where I am currently based, carrying out freelance writing and research. In Egypt at the moment, women's rights issues are critical and that is what brought me to this forum.

I think human rights and development issues are fascinating, because they link so directly to the heart of people’s lives. I am looking forward to sharing ideas with you all.
