Intellect is gender free

The tags of boy or a girl basically name some biological realities and later on decide about the future directions of the social development of both. In spite of changed cultural and social circumstances ,polarization of interests, activities and gender differences which naturally prevail in most areas and Strata of our lives, should not be taken as Natural but socially ,historically and in much broader term culturally determined .We have made this biological dissimilarity as a conviction and natural thing which has become the most stable pillar of our culture.

A narrow, close ended and straight jacket of determined, prescribed and described roles negate and undermined the real needs of cooperation, partnership in a society to maintain the individuality of both sexes. Both sexes are human beings and perform duties and responsibilities and have rights of a human beings. Both sexes possess intellectual spiritual and mental capabilities. Not the natural but the cultural Framework is making cultural norms as law and common sense of the people. Why we always do the traditional interpretation of the fairy tales and want to make our girls princess and boys as Prince. We know that one stereotype expectation depends on another stereotype Expectations. Time is now to open up the mind and think with panoramic image for the better and gender sensitized future.

A big question that if penis and Virgina are not the requirement of any job then why do you need to know the biological status of a person?
