Inequality and likely solutions

Inequality are of different types - gender, race, age, treatment, responsibility, opportunities and outcome. All of these impact 'income' and have created 80% poor in the world.

This is happening in spite of the government, administration, laws & judiciary (oldest constitution 600 years old) and religions (oldest 6500 years old). Even rulers & politicians have failed to bring equalty.

Every country need revenue for development, welfare schemes, defense and administration, which comes from direct/indirect taxes. Every transaction by the consumer benefits Government and Businesses. Consumer should be the king, but they are given peanuts for their hard-work & skills. People make the country, so every country should allocate 'adequate budget' for human resource. 

Consumer is getting salary and monetary/non-monetary benefits, which he spends to buy essentials/non-essentials. Rich spends more on non-essentials and attract the middle/lower classes to follow their lifestyles, ignoring the family needs. Alcohol, tobacco, drug, night-out parties, flight, big houses, expensive cars & belongings attracts gents of the society and their family economics move towards loan & liability, even beyond their re-payment capacity.

In the entire scenerio, women are always on ground, thinking well-being of the family and addressing concerns and aspirations of the children. Few men are exceptions, sensitive and works (with family members) on budget-projections and limit their expenses, save for better investment (education, health, business, house, 2-wheeler). Every members' needs are addressed. They never believe on lottery or jackpot, but their hard-work and skills, continuous learning, adding values every year. Increasing their importance day by day.

The same thing women are doing now, however stopped for long, but women are there in every field, location, domain, expertise or uniform.

In this world of inequality, it is very necessary that women also learn, earn and contribute to the family income. Otherwise, it is but obvious that children will not get education, parents will not get proper treatment, family needs will never be fulfilled. Will lead to beg-snatch-borrow-steal & other punishable offences. Why to take this path, when you can make your own beautiful world - home sweet home.

Learn skills, earn, save (short/long term), insure and then SPEND.
