Imposter Syndrome

Hello sisters,

I would love to appreciate everyone on this platform, the kind of love I get here is beyond my imagination and it gives me more courage to post more and share more of my story with y'all.

It was officially my first public speaking where I joined other speakers across the world  on the Young Pan Globalist webinar on SDG- 2030 2nd Edition! to discuss about significant issues.

I spoke about circular economy, I didn't wanted to do it at first  because I am not so good at public speaking because I have phobia facing crowd, so a friend told me \"even though doing this means you coming out of your comfort zone but I believe you can do this, just give it a trial\"

So I thought within myself,  \"yes, I got this and I can do it\" two days ago, i was still doubting myself, I kept practicing till this morning and we had the session this afternoon and I would say it was really great talking to people about one of the things I am passionate about. The webinar was not perfect like I wanted but I believe I will get better.

I look forward to taking part in more webinars and even  physical sessions to talk to people about climate change and human trafficking.

I learnt to always get out of my comfort zone and engage in activities, I believe I can go through any length if I believe in myself and I would love to urge other my worldpulse sisters not to limit themselves, since other people can, you can always do it as well.

I feel like posting this milestone on my social media but I think I'm experiencing IMPOSTER SYNDROME.

Most times I feel like posting stuffs online to build my online presence and share my ups and downs online so that people could learn but I always have that feelings- I don't know how to explain and I won't end up posting

Any help on how to overcome this please.
