Yesterday I received a simple handwritten note from my Rafiki Anna. Though it be short and sweet on lined notebook paper, it was the best mail I have received in months! She welcomed me to be her friend. I gladly accepted. I will write her back tonight, knowing that slowly but surely, note by note, we will share our experiences and lives with each other. Has anyone else heard from their Rafiki yet? Hurrah! elsie
