One of the hats I put on is life-coach. My youngest step-daughter now 26 is getting married in Sept and I am officating the service. I thought it would be interesting to throw the question out...What makes a relationship work? and see what kind of responses I get from this wonderful community. I have been asking this of several friends and relatives and suprisingly the answers I have been getting don't really vary a lot. So give me your thoughts.
